Governed with transparency
The International Foundation for Youth and Children operates in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions in force in Algeria, and consistently with the objectives and principles for which it was founded.
Duration
The foundation is established for an unlimited period, starting from the date of its legal approval, and may be dissolved in accordance with the legal procedures in force.
Publication and media
The foundation publishes its decisions, data and reports through its official website, its digital platforms and the media, in accordance with the principles of transparency and disclosure.
Scope of competence
The foundation carries out its activities at national and international level, and works to develop strategic partnerships that serve its objectives and fields of work.
Governing bodies
The foundation's bodies are the General Assembly, the Board of Directors, the General Secretariat and the specialized committees, operating within the powers defined in the statutes.
